Booking and payment

The booking page confirms whether pickup is available at your address and shows the full price before you pay. Cleaning is $21.99 for one pair, $39.99 for two pairs, and $18 for each additional pair. Pickup and return are included. Your booking is confirmed after successful payment.

Pickup and return

Pickup is scheduled for the date and time selected during booking. We return shoes to the same address unless we agree on a change with you. Please provide accurate address details and be available to hand over your shoes. We send updates by email and through your order page.

Cleaning results

Results depend on the material, condition, and age of each pair. Some stains, yellowing, wear, or damage may remain after cleaning. We may contact you if a pair needs different handling before continuing.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. A cancellation requested before we collect your shoes qualifies for a full refund. If the shoes have already been collected, we will review the work completed and arrange their return with you. If we cannot perform a paid service, we will refund the portion we cannot provide.
